The Tega and Tula farm is actually two adjacent farms covering an area of over 1000 acres with 80% of the land devoted to Ethiopian coffee. Founded in 2000, the two farms are named after the nearby Tega and Tula villages. At an elevation of 6000 feet the coffee is shaded by avocado trees.
Located in the Kaffa Zone, considered by many to be the birthplace of Arabica coffee, the Tega and Tula coffee farm is certified organic. Both washed and natural Ethiopian coffees are produced here.
The ownership is committed to complete traceability with its coffee. After the coffee is harvested, it is separated down to the plot of land it came from. This type of quality truly makes this Ethiopian coffee special!
